We enjoyed the quick and reliable hotel transportation service. the hotel provided a comfortable family suite which was kept clean and tidy. the bathroom facilities were basic but functional. Breakfast was decent with a variety of options from the menu. the hotel staff was always kind and helpful, providing prompt room service.

The variety and selection of dishes were limited, and the prices were quite high for what was offered when compared to other hotels in Kuta.

We had a wonderful romantic escape to a hotel in a remote corner of Lombok. the staff were extremely friendly and the food was delicious, especially the fresh seafood. the location was perfect for us - secluded and peaceful with stunning views of the sea and mountains. We also enjoyed the activities available, such as surfing and kitesurfing.

The hotel was quite expensive compared to other options in the area and some of the facilities could have been improved. the room was smaller than we expected and the wifi was unreliable at times.

Spent my xmas at this spot and loved it! The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make sure I enjoyed my stay. The food they served was top-notch and fresh. The location was perfect for a quiet getaway, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The resort had a really big garden and a large pool to relax in. Also, they organised an excursion for me to explore the nearby beach. It was truly amazing!

The furniture seemed to be old and could use an update. Also, there was a bit of mold growing in the bathroom.
